The owner had two venues...Night thermos on the kerkstraat and Day thermos on the raamstraat. The Kerkstraat Thermos was always busy and although smaller had a much more erotic feel. Sadly the owner closed the Kerkstraat Thermos it would seem the crowde has not taken to the Raamstraat venue....other than Saturday night it is empty and boaring. I really hope the owner changes his mind and re-opens the kerkstraat thermos...People do not visit the thermos to get there nails done or buy new clothes.

This sauna is a hopeless place..the instalation is made for cruising..not for action..the patrons..mostly plus 60 years..a lot of attitude..there are signs everywhere "safe sex"..but you have to go to the bar and ask for condoms!!! The stuff..most of them are anfrendly and arrogant.. Its quite surprasing..Amsterdam intend to be a THE gaycity in Europe... this sauna is not upp to standards!!! use your 18 euros (sept 09) on a fligtticket somewhere else!!! Amsterdam is expensive and not value for money.

This is one of the most terrible saunas in europe.. the staff is extremly unfrendly...the patrons..puh..+ 60 most of them seeking for a nursinghome..the installation dont make it easy to find sexpartner..hopeless sauna..avoid it..take a flight samewere else!!!
